Secretary Lauren Jones recently visited one of our Snapchef Training Kitchens, and in this episode of “On-the-job with Secretary Jones,” she dives into the fundamentals of culinary arts, just like our Fast Track trainees. Thanks to the WCTF grant from The Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development (EOLWD), our Fast Track Training program offers tuition-free, hands-on culinary training for unemployed and underemployed individuals, equipping them with the skills needed for a successful career in the culinary industry.
