Once a new employee has applied for Snapchef and has completed our assessment, if they do not have kitchen experience, they are enrolled into our FREE Fast Track Training program. Our free training is made possible by The Snapchef Foundation.

Online Roubxe Training

Online Roubxe Training

Employees also have the option to take our Fast Track Training program through our customized Roubxe website training.

On the Job Training

On the Job Training

We have our talented Quality Control Manager come on site to your location to assist with any training our employees may need. Have an issue with an employees skill level but love their attitude and want to keep them on site? No problem! Call your local management team and they will set up a site visit with our Quality Control Manager.

Cristeta Comerford, born in 1962 in the Philippines, is the first woman and first person of Asian origin to hold the post of White House Executive Chef. Born as Cristeta Gomez Pasia in Manila. She attended University of the Philippines, Diliman in Quezon City, majoring in food technology. She left school before completing the degree when she immigrated to the United States at the age of 23. Upon arriving in the U.S., she worked in hotels in the Chicago area. John Standard was a Black inventor. Born in 1868 in Newark, New Jersey, there is not much known about his early life other than that he was born to Mary and Joseph Standard.  Standard helped revolutionize the modern kitchen and was granted intellectual property rights to two patents throughout his lifetime.
